PARTS
All of our locations have fully stocked parts departments to better serve southern British Columbia. Our parts departments include 13 parts personnel, totaling over 127 years of John Deere experience. We have the largest parts inventory in the area totaling over $1.5 million, and also have cross references to over 1 million non John Deere parts for the convenience of our customers.  For parts that are not in stock there is overnight delivery available. Our parts department also offers easy Agline financing with air miles, and a 5% discount on all stock ordered parts. The Friesen Equipment parts departments strive to bring convenience to our customer’s lives. For this reason we have extended store hours in the peek season (7am to 6pm). SALES
We employ 14 salesmen, all of whom are provided with ongoing factory training and have collective John Deere experience totaling over 115 years.  Our company is always striving to form better relationships with our customers and provide faster and more convenient service. All of our sales customers have the useful option of using John Deere Credit or Agline financing, by which they can also earn Air Miles Travel Miles. Our sales team is equipped with cell phones and laptops, providing an easy means of communication between them and our very important customers. Private offices on location are available, making for a comfortable visit for their clients. 

Since there are four Friesen Equipment locations, we have access to inventory from all stores, making it easier to find exactly what you are looking for.

SERVICE
Our service department consists of 30 full time technicians, 4 full time truck drivers, and 3 full time field technicians with fully stocked vans.  Our full time technicians collectively have over 200 years of John Deere experience. They all have access to service advisor laptops to diagnose computerized tractors & equipment and have large investments in specialty tools, offering you the outstanding service that you, our customer, deserve. With 10 service trucks, we are able to keep up with the field work in peek seasons, and for our commercial and residential customers, we have two fully stocked Ready to Mow vans to service your machine at your location.  Our Agline financing plan gives you up to 270 days with no interest or payments, and also gives you the opportunity to earn Air Miles.

After hours service is available at all times by calling 604 835 0166, and an on-call technician is available to provide the emergency service you need.  All of our customers are also eligible to receive the John Deere Furrow & Homestead magazine for free.  Friesen Equipment honors John Deere Day every year with a three day event at Heritage Park in Chilliwack. We also hold many demonstrations and open houses throughout the year.  Our marketing team organizes customer clinics, which are designed to generate fully confident, happy, and satisfied customers.
